Select Service Category
Clients can select and search between General or 18+ service categories using the ‘switch’
button, which is located in lower menu on app.

Select Service Type or Gender
Only for general categories a service type is selected to further filter the right search results for
clients.
Only for 18+ service categories, clients are required to select a gender preference to find the right
service providers.

Select Service Providers
Here clients have the option to view between a list or GPS map of services providers, with
additional advanced search or drop down filters to shorten search e.g near by, featured, favourite,
availability, rating.

Select More Details
To select a service provider click the ‘more details’ button to view their profile details like follow,
about me, services, book me, media gallery, social post and reviews

Book Service Provider
To book a service provider, client’s select ‘Book Me’ tab in profile, then select the booking
duration. Depending on service providers availability, you can select ‘Book Now' if online and
available or ‘Book Later’ if not, where you can then select a later time or future date & time slot.

Add Booking Details
Here clients can either checkout immediately or select service tags, add text message to service
provider or add extra service to your checkout cart. When ready click ‘Add Items’.

Remove or Checkout
Here you can either ‘remove’ or click ‘checkout’ where clients see an overview of the booking
request. Options to add discount coupons or change service location address, the click
‘continue’.

Select Payment Option
Clients have the option to select pay with ‘cards’ (enter card details) or ‘eWallet' virtual credit
(upload virtual credit in real time).

Provider Contacted
If client selects ‘Book Now’, the service provider (SP) is notified with a 30 second countdown to
accept or decline the booking, client can click ‘retry’ if time runs out. The service provider can
also see booking request under ‘pending jobs’ and accept or reject ‘Book Later’ request.

Service Provider Set Up
Once service providers are logged in, go to ‘profile’ tab and select ‘my availability’ tab. Here, the
service provider has the option to add booking time slots for each day of the week, including a
break time in between bookings (optional). Time slots are automatically adjusted when bookings
are accepted and upon completion, no more manual management.

Client Availability Search
Clients benefit by the ‘book now’ or ‘book later’ option when searching for service providers. This
works by automatically updating the service provider availability status in real time i.e if online and
available, client can ‘book now’, if not they are given options to ‘book later’. No more time wasting
for both parties.

Client Near Me Search
Clients can benefit by adding their preferred travel distance which will automatically filter a search
list and select the service provider closest to them.

Service Provider Distance Settings
This feature allows the service provider to set a distance in which they are willing to travel for
outcall bookings. Note, service providers will not be displayed in search result when the distance
is outside the clients booking address.

GPS Journey View
Both service providers and clients can view a real time journey for incall and outcall bookings until
arrival, with notifications. This allows both parties the benefit of preparing for their booking. An
OTP code will be sent to ensure arrival and confirm a booking start time.

Verify / Protect
xowli was designed to protect service providers and clients via verification protocols. Service
providers are verified on registration by uploading documents and approval prior to account set
up. Facial and fingerprint recognitions allows both parties to login the app and avoid account
hacking or misuse.

eWallet
xowli service providers can automatically receive payments and clients have the option to add
virtual credit to make payments via their eWallet. Depending on the circumstances, cancelations
are automatically refunded to clients or penalties paid to service providers.

Profile Dashboard
xowli offer service providers and clients a profile dashboard to set up, activate and manage all
features. Access your ‘Profile Dashboard' via the mobile app or website for real time editing and
updates.

Social Post
xowli has it’s own unique social media platform, which allow’s anyone access to a real
time post feed of images or videos with text, created by service providers. Service
provider can simply create a social post via the app and share in real time, ideal for
advertising their services, offers and personal insight to grow their clientele, followers and
bookings.

Paid Media
xowli offers service providers, another layer of monetisation with images and videos. A
pay per minute model benefits both the client and service provider by not restricting
clients to only monthly subscriptions for each service provider. Now the clients have an
option to manage their monthly budget across multiple service providers by simply
uploading funds into their xowli eWallet.
